Abstract
The Act lays down rules concerning rental of land and enterprises for agricultural production, as well as provisions on rental of forest lands. For the purposes of these provisions land for agricultural purposes is defined as agricultural land, or land or part of land registered in the real estate cadastre as a built-up area for agricultural purposes, or other land left for agricultural purposes. The present Act is composed of the following Sections: Rental for agricultural purposes (Sec. 1); Rental of land for agricultural purposes during business operation (Sec. 2); Lease for agricultural production (Sec. 3); Common and transitional provisions (Sec. 5). The lessee of land for agricultural purposes is entitled to take benefits from it. Contractors must be included in official registers.
