Act on the protection of plant genetic resources for nutrition and agriculture.

The Act is composed of the following Sections: (1) General provisions; (2) Protection of plant genetic resources; (3) Collection, storage and use of plant genetic resources and related documentation; (4) Rights and obligations of legal entities and individuals concerning the protection of plant genetic resources; (5) Authorities in charge of the protection of plant genetic resources of plants; (6) Liability for violation of obligations concerning the protection of plant genetic resources; (7) Common, temporary and final provisions (sec. 8). This Act deals with the protection of plant genetic resources intended for for nutrition and agriculture and aims at their sustainable use.
