Act on thermal energy.

This Act lays down provisions relating to a sustainable development of energy sources producing thermal energy. The present Act is composed of 39 articles divided into eight Sections as follows: General provisions (1); Conditions of functioning of thermal energy (2); Rights and obligations of participants of heat market (3); Restrictive measures in thermal energy (4); Competence of state administration and municipalities (5); Rights and obligations of physical and legal persons whose rights and obligations may be affected due to functioning of the heat market (6); Administrative offences (7); Protection zones (8).
