Abstract
This Decree implements the Act on the State Administration of Air Protection by specifying standards for fossil fuels, data collection and information reporting requirements. Issues addressed include quality standards for solid fossil fuels (article 1), petroleum derived liquid fuels (article 2), production, importation and sale of fuels (article 3), sulphur content of fuels (article 4), record keeping of information related to fossil fuels production, sale and importation (article 6). The Decree is completed by two annexes, one on requirements for fuels to power positive ignition and compression ignition engines used to propulsion of mobile polluting sources as in force from 1 January 2001 and one on requirements for fuels to power positive ignition and compression ignition engines used to propulsion of mobile polluting sources as in force from 1 January 2005.
