Decree of 20 July 1999 on requirements on keeping sources of pollution operating records and on extent of other data that operators of sources of pollution are obliged to provide to air protection authority.

This Decree implements the Act on State Administration in Air Protection by setting the requirement on record keeping for pollution sources and by determining the extent of data that operators of pollution sources are obliged to provide to the competent authorities. Article 3 concerns procedures in case of emergency situations. The Decree is completed by an annex containing a summary of selected data from operating records, and other information to be submitted by operators of large sources of pollution and medium sources of pollution.
