Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree on recognition and testing propagating material of cultivated plants. In particular, the present Decree establishes provisions concerning recognition and testing of propagating material of cultivated plants of voluntarily registered species (art. 7a).
