Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of five articles and four Annexes, establishes details on: documentary data set of existing active substances not yet included in the list of permitted active substances based on plants, plant extracts and pheromones, and documentary data set of preparations containing such active substances, and documentary data set of active substances of other preparations (specified in Annex 1); the application for registration of plant protection products or other preparation (Annex 2); the application for mutually recognition of registration (Annex 3) and the application for repackaging of plant protection products or other preparation (Annex 4); mutual recognition of registrations.
