Abstract
The Decree of the Ministry o Agriculture is composed of three articles. The project of the application of sewage sludge or the project of the application of bottom sediments into the agricultural land or forest land is composed of two parts: the general one and the specialized one. The Decree describes the contents of these two parts. This Decree describes also details on the process of certification of delivery and use of sewage sludge and bottom sediments into the agricultural land or forest land.
