Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of three articles and one Annex, establishes the way of calculation and recognition of greenhouse gas emission savings for the purpose of calculating emission allowances. Formulas for calculating the amount of saved allowances is specified in the Annex.
