Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of six articles, implements certain provisions of the Act on returnable disposable beverage packaging. In particular the present Decree lays down details of marking of returnable disposable beverage packaging (art. 3), and registration and reporting on returnable disposable beverage packaging (art. 4).
