Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of five articles, lays down implementing provisions dealing with: issue of authorizations concerning emissions of greenhouse gas from plants; reporting and verification of fulfilling requirements for issuing such authorizations. Annex 1 specifies the information to be included in the request.
