Abstract
This Government Ordinance is composed of four articles and four Annexes. Registration of consumption of preparation and manner of their application is kept by person specified in art.3 points 2 and 3 of the Act on plant protection. The record is kept ten years after the end of a calendar year when the preparations were applied. The form of record is specified in Annex 1. Record may be kept in electronic form.
