Decree laying down details on the specific qualifications required to perform public forest management.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of five articles and one Annex, lays down details on specific qualifications, the procedure of their obtaining and examination of civil servants of the Ministry, the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic, the regional forest office and district forest office, who perform public forest management and state matters relating to hunting, forest reproductive material, phytosanitary treatment, land communities, registration of cultivated plant varieties and placing propagating material of cultivated plants on the market.
