Decree no. 220/2012 establishing details on water supply in case of crisis.

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of six articles and one Annex, lays down details on water supply in case of crisis. It includes organizational, material and technical measures to ensure drinking water supply to the population, armed forces of the Slovak Republic, armed security forces and emergency services in case of interruption of public water supply. The present Decree concerns also supply of drinking water and hot water to the objects of economic mobilization to ensure their minimum operational needs or necessary for the reduction or shutdown operation.
