Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of eight articles and one Annex, provides details on applying for approval of the proposal regarding: (a) town-planning documentation; (b) specification of a protected deposit area; (c) specification and expansion of the mining area and permission for mining. This Decree also provides details on the manner of submission and filing of application for exemption or restriction of the use of forest land.
