Decree on support to the forestry management of non-productive functions of forests.

Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of six articles and three Annexes, establishes that forestry support for non-productive functions of forests is granted to forest land, total area of which is at least 5 ha. The support can be provided to forest stands which meet criteria set out in Annex 2 or 3.
