Decree on vocational training in the placing of plant protection preparations or other preparations on the market and their application.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture is composed of four articles and two Annexes. Participants of the training in the area of plant protection preparations are persons who deal with the following activities related to plant protection preparations: (a) management of activities associated with plant protection preparations; (b) use of plant protection preparations or plant preparations or plant products; (c) applying pesticides or other products, for example: seeds, seedlings, railway lines, airports, highways, public green areas; (d) disinfestation, disinfection and rat extermination intended for protection of plants or plant products; (e) storage of pesticides or other preparations; (f) marketing of plant protection preparations or other preparations. Art. 1 point 4 specifies the scope of training.
