The National Implementation Plan for the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) - Update (2013) is being updated in response to the inclusion of alpha-hexachlorocyclohexane, betahexachlorocyclohexane, chlordecone, hexabromobiphenyl, hexabromodiphenyl ether and heptabromodiphenyl ether, lindane, pentachlorobenzene, tetrabromodiphenyl ether and pentabromodiphenyl ether, endosulfan in Annex B, perfluorooctane sulfonic acid, its salts and perfluorooctane sulfonyl fluoride acid in Annex B, and pentachlorobenzene in Annex C to the Stockholm Convention.
