Order 35/1979 of 27 February 1979 on the Compensation in Water Management.

This Order implements the Water Act by providing specifications on what concerns compensation. The Order consists of 17 articles and is divided into four parts: the compensations for the withdrawal of the water from water flows; compensation for groundwater withdrawal; compensations for discharging wastewater into surface water; final provisions. The Order is completed by an annex that specifies the ratio of pollution, the method for calculation of the compensation for discharging wastewater into surface waters and the method for calculation of additional compensation related to the pollution of water.
