Abstract
This Government Ordinance amends certain provisions of Ordinance on registration of varieties of cultivated plants as regards the characteristics to be covered as a minimum by the examination and the minimum conditions for examining certain varieties of arable crops and vegetables. Annex 3 part. A and B to the amended Ordinance are replaced by the text in point 1 of this Ordinance. This Annex lists the genera and species that must comply with Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO) test protocols and International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV) test guidelines.
