Abstract
This Government Ordinance, which is composed of ten articles and four Annexes, concerns the quality of water intended for human consumption and lays down: a) obligations of natural persons and legal entities that manufacture and supply water intended for human consumption; (b) obligations of natural persons and legal entities that own source of water supply for drinking water supply providing more than 10 c.m. of drinking water per day and serves more than 50 persons; (c) obligations of natural persons and legal entities dealing with supplying of drinking water; (d) obligations of natural and legal persons using drinking water with their business acitivities; (e) indicators of drinking water, including bottled drinking water and their limits; (f) extent, frequency and criteria for quality control of drinking water; (g) particulars of the application for a permit for temporary use of drinking water that does not meet the limits for drinking water quality.
