Abstract
This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 23 articles and 13 Annexes, lays down conditions of granting government support to entrepreneurship in agriculture and rural development in the form of grants. In particular, the support includes the subsidies to: participate in exhibition (art. 3), maintenance of herd books (art. 4), testing breeding value of animals (art. 5), collection of livestock by-products (art. 6), pollination of bees (art. 7), loss of livestock due to health measures (art. 8), loss of crops due to phytosanitary measures (art. 9), improve the quality of agricultural products (art. 12), improve the quality of processed agricultural products (art. 16), protection of fish genetic resources (art. 17), loss of fish due to health measures (art. 19). The subsidy is provided by the paying agency to the applicant after the submission of the application and fulfillment of prescribed conditions.
