Regulation 154/1978 on public water mains and public sewerage.

This Regulation implements the Water Act for what concerns public water supply and sewerage system, it consists of 42 articles and is divided into seven Parts. It contains provisions on the water supply system (article 1) and on the sewerage system (article 2) and to their administration (Part 2). Part 3 regulates the conditions for connecting to the public water supply system, Part 4 provides the general conditions for water supply, Part 5 contains provisions for discharging waste water in the public sewerage system and Part 6 deals with matters related to compensation.
