Abstract
This Regulation implements the Water Act for what concerns water guards. The Regulation defines the procedure for the selection and appointment of guards. The guards monitor the implementation of the Water Act and sanction infringements to it. For the purpose of securing the implementation of the Act, the water guards perform inspection and take actions to enforce the provision of the Act.
