Regulation 169/1975 Coll. on professional technical-security at some water management works and on technical-security supervision of the national committees on them.

This regulation implements the Water Act for what concerns the technical supervision of barrages, dams and dikes as well as other waterworks. The regulation provides for the classification of works to be supervised and inspected and sets the principles for performing supervision (articles 4 to 9). Other provisions concern the supervision to be performed before the construction or reconstruction of works (articles 14 and 15), supervision during the construction or reconstruction works (articles 16 to 18), testing operations (articles 19 to 25) and supervision during operation of waterworks (articles 26 and 27). The second part of the regulation concerns the performing of technical supervisions.
