Regulation 170/1975 Coll. on obligations of the organizations to submit the reports on discovering groundwater and to report data on its withdrawal.

This Regulation implements the Water Act for what concerns the reporting of information on discovery of groundwater resources. Upon discovering different types of groundwater source, there is an obligation to report it to the Hydrometeorologic Institute in Bratislava (articles 1 and 2). Under article 4, also data on withdrawal of water from groundwater sources must be reported to the Hydrometeorologic Institute. The Regulation is completed by one annex that provides the forms required under the Regulation.
