Regulation 208/1996 Coll. on the programme of decreasing of emissions.

This Regulation implements the Act on State Administration in Air Protection by defining the programme for decreasing emissions. The Regulation is completed by two annexes, one providing for the classification of emission sources and one defining the scheme of the programme of decreasing emissions for the source of pollution of the atmosphere.
