Regulation 265/1996 Coll. on control of road vehicles emissions.

This Regulation of the Ministry of Transport, Posts and Telecommunication, consisting of 22 articles, implements the Act on State Administration in Air Protection for what concerns control of road vehicles’ emissions. It contains provisions on the manner of conducting emission control (article 3), on related results and documentation (article 5), on application procedure and granting of authorization for performing emission control and on related training (articles 6 to 9), on technical requirements for emission control stations (article 18) and on metrology (article 20). The Regulation is completed by ten annexes providing the specifics for the implementation of the provisions of the Regulation.
