Regulation No. 24/1977 of the Ministry of Forest and Water Management regarding water management registration.

In the framework of water management registration, following actions are being registered: a) admittance for handling the waters, for water management works; b) for discharging waste water into public sewerage and other actions of water management bodies. The applicant for the action, subordinated to water management registration, will submit, together with the application also documents, and the data at pre-printed form, necessary for considering it, verified, respectively added by relevant watershed organization, and suitable situation base for drawing required action into general map, to water management body. Water management registration is being kept at forms, prescribed by the Ministry.
