This Regulation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which is composed of 12 articles and three Annexes, establishes details on the protection of public health against hazardous substances. The Regulation sets forth provisions on the production, storage and processing of hazardous substances, which include chemical hazardous substances, radioactive hazardous substances and biological hazardous substances.
