Water Act.

The Water Act is composed of the following Sections: (1) General provisions; (2) Surface waters and groundwaters; (3) Water planning; (4) Disposal of water; (5) Protection of water resources; (6) Water flows; (7) Administration of water flows; (8) Water installations; (9) Activities of public authorities in matter of water resources; (11) Liability; (12) Water Charges; (13) Temporary and final provisions. The Act aims at the protection of waters, including water ecosystems, and sets out specific provisions concerning the management of floods and drought.
