Abstract
This Act makes provision for the establishment of the Commission for the Management of Strategic Resources, National Reconstruction and Development as a body corporate and defines its functions and powers and its internal organization.
The Agency shall supervise and develop the exploration and exploitation of precious metals and diamonds and other natural resources of Sierra Leone.
