The Constitution of Sierra Leone (Amendment) Act, 2001 (Act No.15 of 2001).

The Constitution of Sierra Leone (Amendment) Act, 2001 amends the Constitution of Sierra Leone, introducing temporary and exceptional electoral arrangements. The Act further amends provisions relating to presidential elections by allowing, under exceptional circumstances, flexibility in the timing of elections and the continuation in office of the President.
