Abstract
These Regulations, made under paragraph (m) of subsection (2) of section 77 of the Environment Protection Agency Act, no. 15 of 2022, specify environmental impact assessment application and screening fees. The Regulations concern: licence fees for mining projects; licence fees for the following sectors: agriculture, energy, fisheries, offshore oil and gas sector, manufacturing, petrochemicals, waste management, water, dredging permit.
