Abstract
These Regulations, made under section 107 of the Fisheries Management and Development Act, 1994, provide a revision of fees and royalties for the issuance of specific licences, items and services concerning: industrial fishing of shrimps, cephalopods, and tuna fishes; use of gears and purse seiners; semi-industrial fishing vessels decked and undecked; national and foreign transshipping fishing vessels; semi-commercial and commercial aquaculture; import and export fees.
