Abstract
This Act amends sections 2, 7 and 25 of the principal Act. Section 2 provides for definitions. Section 7 is repealed and replaced by a new section on delegation of powers by the Director of Fisheries. Subsection 3 of section 25 is repealed and replaced by a section on licences for foreign fishing vessels in the light of assessment of fishery resources.
