Fisheries Management and Development (Amendment) Act, 1992 (No. 7 of 1992).

This Act introduces a new section (51A) in the principal Act. The section concerns additional powers of the Director of Fisheries with regard to enforcement. The Director may impose a fine or a another penalty, other than imprisonment, on the owner, master or charterer of any foreign fishing vessel found fishing in the territorial waters of Sierra Leone.
