Abstract
This Act provides for amending the Forestry Act no. 7 of 1988. The amendments concern: replacement of definitions concerning responsible authorities and institutions; updating of offences and related penalties for illegal cutting, burning, damaging and destroying trees or vegetation, removal of timber or other forest products, animal grazing, cultivation of crops, obstructing forest officers.
