Abstract
This Act amends the National Commission for Social Action Act, 2001 (a) by the repeal and replacement of section 11 on functions of Commission; and (b) in section 15, by the substitution for the word “Fund” appearing in paragraph (h) of subsection (1) of the word “Commission”.
