Abstract
This Act makes provision for the establishment of the Sierra Leone Investment and Export Promotion Agency as a body corporate and defines its functions and powers and its internal organization.
The Agency shall be managed by a Board of Directors consisting of officers of various ministries including those responsible for fisheries, marine resources and agriculture and representatives of the private sector and other public bodies. Functions of the Agency include the promotion of the development of agricultural production.
