The Sierra Leone Seed Certification Agency Regulations, 2020. Statutory Instrument no. 8 of 2020.

These Regulations, made under section 91 of the Sierra Leone Seed Certification Agency Act, no. 5 of 2018, provides for seeds certification and related matters. The Regulations concern: prescribed seeds; validity of certification and quality declaration; crop certification; seed sampling; seed labelling; storage and selling of seeds; functions of the National Seed Testing Station; registration of seed growers; license for seed inspectors, testing, analysts, sellers and processing; import and export of seeds; release of plant variety, release of foreign variety.
