Act No. 101 laying down penalties as regards animal welfare.

This Act supplements the Penal Code by inserting article 282 bis, the text of which is hereby laid down. This new provision establishes the penalties to be applied (arrest or a fine, as the case may be) in case of maltreatment of animals.
