Act No. 127 on viticulture and wine production.

This Act aims at improving viticulture and wine production in the Republic of San Marino by establishing a designation of origin and quality. Particular standards to be complied with during processing shall be further prescribed by Decree (art. 7). Vineyards and areas devoted to viticulture shall be registered in accordance with article 25.
