Act No. 142 on the protection against exposure to electrical, magnetic and electromagnetic fields.

The present Act lays down the main principles to be implemented in matter of protection of public health, the environment and landscapes against the effects caused by exposure to electrical, magnetic and electromagnetic fields. Electrical, magnetic and electromagnetic sources shall be placed according to the procedures and in compliance with the exposure limit values hereby established. Article 4 provides for the setting up of the Register of sources of electrical, magnetic and electromagnetic fields. Articles 10 and 11 concerns checks and sanctions respectively.
