Abstract
The present Act makes provision in matter of production and placing on the market of products of animal, plant and mineral origin as well as chemical products intended for animal feeding. Chapter II of the Act lays down rules governing the issue of the authorizations which are required to produce, place on the market or distribute the above-mentioned products. Chapter III concerns marketing, including importation from third countries. Article 12 deals with labelling requirements. Chapter IV regards surveillance and sanctions.
