Act No. 39 on organic agricultural production and related cultivation techniques.

This Act promotes organic agricultural techniques in order to promote methods that are compatible with the protection of the environment and health of consumers. The Act regulates the recognition and certification of Organic Agricultural Enterprises. Products obtained by such enterprises may be placed on the market with special labels referring to organic methods of production.
