Act No. 52 on the protection of wild fauna and the implementation of the Wildlife Plan.

This Act lays down the legislative framework concerning the protection of wild fauna species. It also sets up the Observatory on Wild Fauna, which shall be in charge of all activities related to the conservation of wild fauna in San Marino, including the drawing up of the hunting calendar. Article 10 lays down the penalties to be applied in case of hunting activities carried out in violation of these provisions.
