Abstract
This Act sets out the legislative framework concerning the promotion of the use of renewable sources of energy as well as energy efficiency in buildings. It provides for the classification of buildings as per energy use criteria. As regards the institutional framework, the Act sets uo and regulates the tasks of the Authority for Public Services and Energy.
