Abstract
The present Act lays down rules governing the gathering of spontaneous mushrooms in the Republic of San Marino. Gathering is allowed in forest areas and in non cultivated lands (art. 2). Particular provisions are laid down in article 3 as regards the permit required, the gear which may not be used and the maximum quantity that may be collected per day. Article 4 indicates the species which may not be collected. Articles 5 to 12 apply to the collection of truffles. In case of infringement, the penalties referred to in article 13 shall be applied. The table annexed to the Act specifies the seasons during which gathering shall be permitted.
