Abstract
This Decree Law establishes the number of residence permits for work purposes and for extraordinary needs which may be issued to foreigners for the year 2024, pursuant to the provisions of article 19 of Law no. 118 of 28 June 2010 and articles 33 and 45 of the Law 9 May 2023 n.80, these include seasonal residence permits for migrant workers engaged in the agricultural sector.
